 Brief Bio or Memory:  20 year old Michael Austin Brown was shot and killed on October 7^th, 2017. Brown suffered from multiple gunshot wounds near Jefferson Street and West 24^th avenue in Gary, Indiana. Police reported to scene at 12:14 when they discovered Brown. Brown was pronounced dead on the scene at 12:49 a.m. and his death was ruled a homicide. Suspect Joseph Gilbert has been charged and the case has been closed.
